Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [2nd - 4th May 2015]

Aside from at Twente (lol) McClaren has been a failure at every club he has ever managed. I'd honestly rather go down than have him in charge next season. Also with the faint hope Ashley will leave.

hopefully next season will be more interesting, the league has been pretty bad this season.

Don't bite the hand that feeds you, if the top 4-6 (from last year) hadn't been patchy you would be looking at Europa :p;)

Congratulations to Chelsea, I'm in the minority in that I really like Jose. I do find it funny that last year half this forum was bleating about not getting him and now he's back to being a manager that plays boring football.

That's just one portion of the season, would it be fair to say LVG is a long ball merchant because a large portion of his season his team where at or near the top for playing hoofball?

Man, I was just thinking back to this game. Bosingwa secured our PL safety all on his own that day. It was truly remarkable stuff from him.

I honestly regret that we hounded Pardew out.

First couple of goals were pretty lucky, both major deflections. Having said that Sanchez could have had his hatrick already if not for a great stop by Harper.

Hull have been dire all year. How they beat Liverpool....

Some great football though it's one of those things, two luckier goals mean they have to push forwards and leave some space... they sure as **** don't need to leave that much space though. Defenders consistently get drawn out of place miles apart, making it so open for Arsenal to pass through. Central mids doing a terrible job tracking. Somewhat want Ramsey to go off now, safe, give Wilshere a half if he's actually fit and ready. he was done for quite a while with that hit which didn't look nice, also took a bit of a hit as he scored the goal. Time to protect him.

Hull/Bruce don't deserve to be in the premier league.
