It's not, you can see Kane's right foot is caught by Karius's shoulder, though I think he just touches him with his hand first.
It's a bit soft looking but I think there is contact and the offside according to the linesman was if Lovren touches it he says it's not offside and Lovren touched it, that's why the ref gave it.

Also, can someone please mention Lovren's ridiculous missed clearance?
But the ball came off a Liverpool player hence the no offside and whether Kane was playing for it or not, his trailing foot got pulled down by Karius... rash keeping !
