How many people kept banging on about Costa only having one good season and proving nothing. lol. Like RVP he was just playing a more withdrawn role and he was excellent in the previous two years as well.

Fabregas is too good and someone of his quality feeding a top notch striker is just going to kill teams.

It's what City miss, they are a good team and Silva is okay but like Mata he lacks the dynamism and ultimate quality of passing that Fabregas has. Much more well rounded player than Mata/Silva, if he was at City, City would be unstoppable with someone like Aguero ahead of him, who I think is better than Costa, a bit.

lol, Azpilcawhowho is better than Ivanovic offensively...... HAHAHA.

Ivanovic owns, brilliant player.

A lot of my mates were saying the same about Costa, i was confident enough he would come good.
 
Game over in 3 minutes. What a start for Chelsea, I'm annoyed at the fact I removed Costa from my FF team. I thought he was injured..
 
No one listened when i said the wheels would come off this year when we just spent money to tread water and how the back 5 was moyes foundation.
 
Wow, Chelsea look good. It's almost as if Mourinho has transferred a Chelsea team that had no hope last season in to title winners overnight or so he would have everyone believe. Should've won it last season tbh.

yeah, because if they get smashed in one game, that will be it, season over. A great team will have good and bad years, City managed to lose the title to a epically awful (for champions) Utd side in between winning it.

Chelsea, or maybe I would say Fabregas/Costa will demolish many teams in exactly the same fashion, they'll do it to teams better than Everton in both europe and the league.
