Funny how some Spurs fans are saying they don't want EL football so they can concentrate on getting CL next season.

I would expect all the current top 4 to strengthen over the summer as well as Liverpool and all 5 of those teams are much stronger (and richer) than Spurs as it is.

How much longer will they be able to hang on to Lloris and Erikson without CL football.
 
Why Quinn as commentator in the Derby? He's bad enough normally with how useless he is, in the Derby he is biased and useless.

Kane also needs to be considered imo

Yes of course he will be very happy for another season, perhaps even two (at the very outside) but after that if they aren't in the CL spots by this time in the 16/17 season he will want to move on for nothing more than his (probable) ability deserves

edit - Erikson is a difficult one to judge imo, he is a very good player - but is he Utd / RM/Barca good or not Im not so sure (given the transfer cost currently it would take to get him out of Spurs). Even leaving it to the last year of his contract any negotiations with Levy aren't going to be straight forward .......even in comparison to any other inter - top 6 EPL transfer. Personally he isn't worth the agro yet at least

This is why I haven't watched a game since about Xmas, we aren't even a football team. I don't think I've seen us get more than2 passes together at any one time. Disgraceful.

For sure, I was looking at their very immediate future where, as you say, he should be happy at Spurs.

I don't think he is an upgrade on any of the top teams in the leagues players in his position but there are plenty of other teams in Europe that would give him CL football and a better team around him.
 
We have 4/5 good players. Rest are diabolic ****e not good enough for this league. Would also help if we had a manger and consistent investment in the squad, but who really cares. We're ****.

Problem is, looking from the outside thy are told to survive an that's it. Every season we change from a half decent team into a shambolic less as no one cares any more. Happens every single year now.
