Same problem as we have. Chairman who are happy to keep the club ticking over until they can sell it and won't invest just the little bit more it would take to push on. We have a great start to the season, January we could have bought a couple more players to bolster the squad and nothing.

Newcastle have been like that for a few seasons now too.
