But how else are they going to feel better about their own teams failing if they're not able to mock others who have achieved more this season?
 
League table at the start of this year. Mock all you want but where's everyone else now? We're still 8 points clear of 3rd.

It has been a super season for spurs. We couldn't pull off a 13 game winning streak...big surprise

The challenge for next season is to have real options on the bench. Only our defence had depth at present. Nkoudou and Jansen may work out...not looking promising though. Son has come good but we need lamela back and for. Eriksen needs an understudy...maybe winks? Would love some searing pace to use for when things get stale like last night.

Prem teams should be going for the cups and the league every year the amount of money they throw at it. not one team up there is poor £££. So they are in exactly the same place as always won nothing.

As for who ever it was said about a club not being bankrolled. seriously are you sure. some of the prices paid for **** poor players is ridiculous. But clubs up there are not bankrolled yea ok. maybe your to used to having so much money in the club that you dont notice.

here is where my team are. They are exactly where they have been expected to be for the last 5 years. With the current ownership of the club this is all it was ever going to be. Its not a problem i care about, after all it just a game to pass time on a saturday / sunday afternoon.

i'd sell dier, walker, sissoko, janssen, nkoudu. winks shows promise but i think we should buy siggy back. we need someone who can playmake from deep. i just wish dembele was a few years younger, probably our most important player.
 
What would spurs fans rather want. A league cup and a europa league but finishing 5th or a 2nd place finish.

No one remembers how many times liverpool came second. All they do remember is it has been over two decades since they won the league.
