If that is a penalty the Lukaku one for certain is, joke of a referee, though that is pretty much standard.

Everton have been pee poor in the final third throughout the whole game. So many chances to cross the ball or pass in behind ignored in the first half. Just then one of a couple of dozen pretty simple passes to Lukaku which they've misplaced and put out of reach of the player.

Naismith with a woeful shot, so tame then just after a terrible pass, zero pressure simple pass overhit and misplaced. He's been crap all game, decent movement but his passing has been terrible.

Yeah, it used to be that way. I can't remember the alst time I've seen an indirect freekick in the penalty box
