I'm not sure what's funnier, the Nasri quote or the fact that none of the Arsenal players pictured have come close to winning anything either...

Just for Andybtsn

Rickie Lambert FC
We're by far the greatest team, the world have ever seen.
And its all Rickie Lambert, All Rickie Lambert FC,
We're by far the greatest team, the world has ever seen.

:D

There are several other songs that are appropriate but that sums up the odd cross between the glory of having Lambert back on form (though he's joint MotM with Butterfield) and looking massively like promotion this season :D

We are Southampton we're top of the league :)

norwich and fulham have done the gunners a massive favour today, 3rd place coming up!

Hope so as Spurs, Chelsea and even Newcastle can still nick 3rd or 4th place. We have a tough game coming up against Chelsea in a few weeks time and i think if we can win or draw that, depending on how many points we drop between then and now then definitely 3rd is ours but of course in the meantime i want Spurs, Chelsea and Newcastle to drop points.

One of our best defenders, Koscielny wont play in the next 2 games:(, thats Wolves on Wed and Wigan next week...i know i slated him hard last season he has been immense in defence for us this yr and having Djourou start in his position due to his 2 game ban is scary stuff indeed but who knows....maybe Djourou will play out of his skin in those 2 games...thats if Wenger starts him.

you dont get a medal coming close to winning something LMAO

LOL something that we, at Arsenal have been bloody good at for the past few seasons;).

Still think City will win trophies rather than Arsenal winning any and thats purely due to the amount of money power they have;). Sadly they havent got a manager nor have they got a team at the moment that will win them trophies and when i say team i mean as a whole and not just brilliant individuals because right now thats what they are...a group of individuals who cant seem to play very well together.

Dont be shocked if you see the Moaning one aka Mourinho at City next season;)...hes exactly what City need just like Chelsea needed all those yrs ago when they won a few trophies under Mourinho.

Billy Sharp piped you down at the weekend I saw too :p

You need to invest in some new players to join Lambert FC in the summer!

While Arsenal could always pick up a Carling cup or something equally worthless(maybe we might win the Emirates cup again one day :p ), I'd be very surprised if in the next 5 years City didn't win several more cups than Arsenal did.

The fact that anyone thinks cups or titles are simply a given and that anyone leaving for City also hoping to win things is instantly a failure if City don't win anything that year, is just ridiculous. City won a cup last year, when did we last win anything worthwhile.

Mancini's rather thrown the title away this year, though, don't automatically assume its utd, one loss, City winning the derby and life gets very very interesting(though I don't think it will happen). The biggest obstacle for City winning a title soon is, being able to offload players Mancini bought he he shouldn't have. Harsher squad rules and potentially FFP make it much harder to rectify mistakes for City than Chelsea who bought a bunch of people and got rid of them straight away the next season for a huge loss.

Did Harry just lay the blame for that defeat at the feet of people who were asking him to play 4-4-2? God forbid he ever has to take a job where the whole country has an opinion on what he should do...

Well it's nice to see the majority slowly coming round to what the sensible minority were saying all along, that he is a useless manager who can only motivate players and absoloutely no substance to his managerial style beyond that.

Btw not saying you were part of the moron brigrade and can't be bothered to drag up the whole new England manager thread to look :p

he kind of did. let's hope he doesn't try it again but parker was the biggest loss

Lol his entire contribution on Saturday was 2 tap-ins -_- "he's just fat lad from Yorkshire" has never been more appropriate :p

All we need is Lee fit and a few players around Lambert to make Lambert FC a prem team :D (new keeper, extra cb, right back, right midfielder and maybe a sriker)
