Teams should arrive hours in advance tbf rather than expecting to step off the bus and onto the pitch inside the space of 15mins, the whole point of playing away games is that to the away team there are some inconveniences such as waiting around in an unfamiliar dressing room.

so far every away team is due to arrive at the same time (before KO) - if the EPL wants to change the arrival time of the away team then fair enough
