In fairness to Moyes, while he's been one of the best three players you have this year, he's young, pretty tall. I would be protecting him rather than throwing on a kid who is almost certainly no where near full strength as in. Growing bones are weaker kind of strength. Over playing him would be detrimental to him long term. I mean you could get lucky and he plays every game till he's 40 never being injured, or you could protect him and he could end his career from an injury tomorrow. But I wouldn't be overplaying him either.
Plus he can seriously over hit a cross
Most of the team isn't good enough. Not really sure why people are so surprised by their league position. RvP was the difference last year and won them the league, can't remember him being injured? If he was it wasn't very long. He has already missed a bunch of games this season. Most of the players they have brought in aren't good enough. Even when Fergie was there they leaked goals but had the ability to come back to win it. How often did they go behind the last 2 seasons only to come back to win it. That won't last forever. Look at that team and can you honestly say its good enough to be top 4? RvP/Rooney are so far above anyone else in that team, rest are mediocre.

I agree with you, which is why I have sympathy for Moyes.
However, that still doesn't excuse the tactics which are being played currently.
