Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [7th - 12th February 2014]

I don't think Fulham will survive this year, but if by some miracle they do, I think that they could be a decent team next year. This guy hasn't been brilliant, but I think he will do well if given a chance.

Because there is no decent midfield and barely a defence (Evra guilty for the first at the very least)

Just because a team has world class attacking players makes no difference at all (especially with the **** crossing), this is why Utd need strong CM's in the summer

May as well sack him now, get someone lined up and settled in before end of season so next season they can start the campaign running.

Doesnt prove anything in the slightest doing that. CM and defence have needed work for a couple of seasons, SAF refusing to buy anyone has put Moyes in this position as much as anything

Thank Christ for that. Brilliantly defended considering - we weren't going to go and attack at OT. Dan Burn had an absolute belter. That's a point we probably didn't expect from 3 of our next 4 games as well. Can't play like that every week, but was absolutely brilliant to see us actually defend well for a change, and without Hangeland.

Which top manager would come now? It would have to be a caretaker and it will be Terry Venables until Gary Neville finishes the year with Sky ;)

I can't see it being anything other than a caretaker while this far into a season or it will be a rushed appointment.

What on earth was the point in spending 37m on an extremely gifted forward who is technically brilliant at splitting defences from the middle and then just having everyone cross the ball into nowhere repeatedly? What on earth is going on in Moyes's head
