!This may be insanely black and white but when I look at managers, I think "is his team playing at a level that is more than the sum of its parts?". If yes, keep him. If no, sack him. If it is hard to decide then stick with him for a bit.
MoPo's team is underperforming to such a massive degree, I don't see how it is tenable to keep him. There is no sign of a system, an improved mentality, problems being solved... It is all just getting worse.
His defence is that he didn't get the £25m players who he wanted. That doesn't excuse him for completely ballsing up with the players he does have.

He's a good player, to be fair the summer recruitment as a whole looks decent. Pardew semms to be changing his ways but I'm still withholding changing my mind until he keeps this up. Playing people in form and giving it a go is pretty foreign territory!
