If there wasn't the first hand ball, the 2nd one is unlikely to have happened. If it had led to a goal for City it would have been ruled out anyway.

Dermot Gallagher thinks it was the correct decision so that's final. He's a fully qualified official that always gives impartial opinions on officials decisions. He never just backs them up!
