No they're not. The rules are if you gain an advantage through diving, winning a penalty or getting an opponent sent off, then you can be retrospectively suspended.

But if you get caught then you get nothing? In what world does that make sense? he's cheated to try and win a penalty, why does that get no punishment?
 
If Oliver wasn't a clown it'd be a yellow card.

Now it's Rojo being a clown, such a hot headed ****. Zero chance of getting the ball and he goes in like that, the guy is an empty head.

Edit: Actually looks like he's injured himself through it. Yep, empty head.

We've had this discussion before Shami and it's really quite simple. The punishment is there for directly influencing the outcome of the game through cheating. If you're going to start dishing out retrospective bans for every dive that's not successful you then have to do the same for every shirt pull and cynical trip too as they're just as much cheating.
 
Meh gave that point to Soton today, yet again not being able to beat Soton, who are not a good team is diabolical.

Oh wait it’s about that time of the year where we drop stupid points to low end teams :/.
