Why does Puncheon's reaction matter? Whether a player throws himself to the ground or stays on his feet doesn't change what Mata done and it's what Mata done that determines whether it's a foul or not.

There wasn't enough contact for a penalty. Its not an automatic penalty when you touch an attacker in the area. He had lost control of the ball, felt a tiny amount of contact and threw himself to the ground unnaturally.

We just look crap every game. There is no pace in our attack at all. Valencia does nothing, Young's been poor, Fellaini is doing absolutely nothing. Where are the substitutions? We keep doing the exact same thing every game and being surprised when it doesn't work.

It's a strange one, I mean what was his arm doing? If he could see the ball, all he had to do was head it away. I might be giving him the benefit of the doubt, but maybe the sun was in his eyes or something? But then the other players didn't seem to have a problem, who knows.
