Wasn't a foul at all, he jumped earlier, Kos didn't even try to jump, Kane pushed him as he came down, basically after the header, because that is what you do, better for Kos to go forward than Kane to land on his neck.
If Kos was half way up when there is contact that is one thing but Kos never attempted to jump.

Yes, except you know, Kane got as high as he did before contact and Kos wasn't held down, Kane's hands were just there, there was no force until he came down on top of him by which time it's just push out of the way so you don't land on him which is better for both.
Using leverage to get higher means putting your hands on EARLY in the jump and pushing hard, not jumping from behind and then having your arms around the guys shoulder after, that isn't how leverage works.
