His foot in relation to the ground. Body position. Weight on the wrong foot yardy yardy yar.
I disagree, more and more often it would lead to an injury these days.
I dont think it was deliberate to injure him though, I think he just wanted to let him know that he was there and going to be there all game, unfortunately hes went in and caught the top of his foot in a hard tackle.
