Growing Vegetables

hi all

I created this thread and just randomly stumbled upon it again.

wow some amazing pictures and stories there good to see.

I'll try dig out some pictures but this year I had:

Tomatoes - they grew so very well and I had LOTS and LOTS of them.

Green Marrows - the plant is still just about alive and lots of these too.

Potatoes - VERY NICE CROP and great for roasting.

Strawberries - mmmmmmmm

Broad Beans - only one plant survived but it was strong.

Red/White Onions - lots of these things all kept away now

Broccoli plant died as did the green pepper plant.

It was a good gardening year now I am sad to see the garden slowly dying though.

i have been growing fruit trees for past couple year,i just got those cheap ones you see for like £2.99.The apple trees are rubbish but the pear trees are great. The apple trees always get covered in like black spots and apples look foul.We got two pear trees because a gardener told us you get more fruit of them if you get two trees,we got about 30 pears from the trees this year since they have been in ground 2 years.

Had some strawberrys few months ago tried to get seeds out and grow em. Most attempts failed but this poped up out of the blue. Thing is im not sure what was in the pot even tho it did have a stick of plastic with sberry on so probs is it but as said not sure as not seen em really before like this.

So heres my (i think) strawberry plant. :)
