grrrrrr ebay

Maybe but as I live in the UK, I try to keep the British industry going by buying from the UK. If it costs a little more, then so be it.

There is no graphics card industry in the UK. Only retail business.

Considering the surcharge is pretty much VAT, I don't trust the gov managing it. To show my support, I would rather walk into the company and hand over my money to the technical team.

Isnt Kfa2 Uk Based?

KFA2 is the european brand name for Galaxy who are based in Asia - KFA might have a sales office in the UK but all the manufacturing for graphics cards is based in the far east

I should have said 'The British Economy' (sorry end of a night shift and brain not engaged). I am by no means rich but as I say, I prefer to buy from the UK for the sake of the economy. I still buy meat from a local butchers and I still clothes shop locally. My tuppence worth anyway.

That card has took such an impact to distort the bracket like that.
I would be concerned about the copper lines on the pcb (fractures) and the surface mounted components.
I guess you will see just how good the soldering was during manufacture.
