A female protagonist? Deary me...
The only place I'd be happy with it being set in is Vegas. Have the strip made to scale with all the correct looking casinos/hotels in their right positions, Lake Mead, the Grand Canyon, Area 51, etc. Ah, it'd be perfect...

I really cant see GTA6 being released any time soon even if it is unveiled. Also reading that article, they have very little to go on to suggest its a new GTA being unveiled. I tend not to much much stock in sites that lock you out if you use an adblocker.
I'd be interested to see where is is set and the time period. They will have to do something pretty special to better GTA5.

shame they will never make a sequel to Bully.
I'd like a scenario similar to Godfather 2: Where there is a story involving 2 or even 3 generations of the same family, set when the playable characters are roughly the same age - like the De Niro/Vito, Pacino/Michael dynamic.
You would then hop between these characters, as you would in GTA 5. Only this time you are also hopping between time periods.
It would work as a narrative, but also from a game design perspective as you can retain the core game map and infrastructure but the details and textures change as you hop between time periods.
Recon it will be Red dead on the Neo

Still too much money being made from GTAO and I think the next DLC will be huge. Looking at steam stats they are still holding 50 to 60k daily users just on steam. So with social club and consoles 300k daily?? That's a lot of shark cards still being sold. A 6th garage, ridiculous priced items will only boost that.
Also SP DLC is defo dead imo. If it was going to be a thing it would have been released already... However I would love to be proved wrong.

Much prefer some single player DLC, more sandbox type things added into the campaign. Nice big pack of heists would be fun.
Don't see an issue with a female protagonist as long as she is a badass, would prefer a single playable character too, the 3 way switching in 5 was cool and added for cinematic effects in some missions but IDK, was just something about it. Really like how it sort of changed how I played though, was more of a psychopath with less care when playing Trevor and enjoyed the street racing of Franklin and he was the only one I'd really customize cars on.
Be nice if they poured in some stuff to the campaign from online, like gang takeovers on the map for rewards, feel like Michael doesn't really have anything to do outside of missions unlike Franklin/Trevor. Endless randomly and procedural generated assassinations would be pretty cool too, but that's a little too unrealistic to expect.

The initial release date for GTA 5 was September 17th 2013, remember us PC users were the last to get it after the console users 
It is more likely to be red dead redemption though considering there have been lots of rumours for it and we were suppose to see something at e3 then gamescom....

Not sure if I want another GTA game after backwards steps they took with GTA 5. I didn't really enjoy GTA 4, felt like a slog to get through but the game engine was fantastic, only to be cut back for 5, which was fun to play through but running around doing your own thing is nowhere near as good as the old games, 1, 2, 3, VC and SA.
In a new game Rockstar should concentrate on the core gameplay and a living open world rather than writing a snarky storyline and LE EPIC jokes.

Would rather and Red Dead 2...one of the best games ever made, definitely in my top 5.

A female playable character, would be a very nice change to the series. I also liked red dead more than GTA, a new one is over due.
