Still too much money being made from GTAO and I think the next DLC will be huge. Looking at steam stats they are still holding 50 to 60k daily users just on steam. So with social club and consoles 300k daily?? That's a lot of shark cards still being sold. A 6th garage, ridiculous priced items will only boost that.

Also SP DLC is defo dead imo. If it was going to be a thing it would have been released already... However I would love to be proved wrong.

Do people really buy those cards though, really? I can imagine a couple rich people buying a relatively large amount but in the grand scheme of things not a lot of income. You get money buy playing, mostly only those who want an early boost will consider buying any, the rest will just play and buy stuff as they get money.

The figure for the last quarter, which was driven by strong performance of GTA V and NBA 2K16 was 315 million.....

Seeing that GTA is 3 years old on last gen, 2 years old current gen and 17 months on PC, Shark cards are where the big bucks are at. Its a money merry go round.

You will be surprised at the amount of people in my GTA friends list who have bought them.

All the time people buy shark cards will drive the DLC for GTAO. the cunning stunts top car price was 2.5 million..... people want it, cant be arsed to grind and pay for it with cash....

Hence why I dont think GTA 6 will be till 2018-2019 earliest and most likey 2020....

It must have earned well over 3 billion by now.

I want the next GTA as much as everyone, but I think we can expect something else from Rockstar before the next GTA.

It definitely seems like the Single Player DLC dream for GTA 5 is dead though...

They have an amazing world on a great engine that hasn't, and will not age any time soon. I would love it if they released expansions for it. Imagine expanding V to feature the other islands from San Andreas!...Or just put a load of new missions in it. License to print money!

If it's not GTA 6, I'd be happy with Red Dead, Midnight Club or Bully. All great games IMO. Actually, I think I'd prefer Red Dead releasing before GTA but I doubt we'll get it on PC...

Firstly, It will be a Red Dead Prequel (most like or sequel) if it is a Rockstar announcement.

GTA too far off and I couldn't see the game having an exclusively female protagonist (due to core audience and media reaction) but possible one of will be female in a similar style to GTA.

I guess GTA has been killed by online with microtransations.

I'd love a GTA Vice City remake with the original voice overs though along with a main remake with the looks of original Vice City made bigger with references to Tommy V. You could have Tommy' son come in now after his dad has been killed and taken off the knocked off the throne of drug running and you have to take it back in his honor.

If they bring out GTA 6 on pc then I hope they take the time again to release it, letting the kids beta test GTA V on consoles was a great idea, the PC version was worth the wait. Online though is ruined because of hackers, never bothered me though as I only played single player.

Exactly how I saw it.

However if it is Red Dead, then there is a fair chance it to will be monetised. So I guess it will get a PC release..... hopefully... for the love of deity, release Red dead on PC
