I had an issue with a guy on a bike. 5 attempts or so later and I tried chasing him with a car rather than the avaiable bike. After almost losing him and chasing him for a good 5 minutes he lost control right in front of me and hit a wall. *Slamming the ******* into the wall and running him over and over felt sooo good! ;)

*Of course I would never do this in real life.

Naaaaah man. SA had a gangster city, a triad city and a casino city. The differences between each one were very apparent and I loved that - each city had a different feeling. In fact I even appreciated the countryside for some reason. There were a lot of characters with very different personalities too. Vice City was still great of course :cool: But if I remember correctly, it didn't have auto-aim, which is another thing that made me much prefer SA.

Everything was great imo.. from planes to driving lessons to clothes, haircuts, tats, modding cars, big ass map, jetpacks.. we even got to see area 51!!!

and IMO the story is better than IV.. SA pulled me in from start IV did but now I just cba with it ;/ its too predictable

plus iwas only like 15/16 back then so probably why i enjoyed it more
 
I'd probably like GTA4 more if you controlled the character like any normal 3rd person game (ie Saints Row). Fighting with the camera constantly gets annoying.

Music in GTA4 is terrible too, another reason why I prefer Saints Row.
 
Well I'm at roughly 30% and I have to say so far it's one of the most boring games I've had the misfortune to play this generation :(

It's so tedious and repetative at times, how it got the scores it did is beyond belief.

I've tried to switch my time from playing this and Mario Galaxy but tbh it's like comparing Horse **** to gold atm....
 
Why did they take flying planes out?! Driving the Hydra jet from the airport over the army base and dodging the missiles was awesome. Parachutes should have been kept in as well as the altitude meter - I keep flying into the sea :(.

Airplanes aren't needed for the size of the map, the harrier or dodo would be the only viable choices. The parachute was fun, I'd quite like to jump from the top of Rotterdam tower. The jetpack was just lame, I didnt like it in SA.
