So, er, what's it like playing GTA online and being punished for killing other players? Made me genuinely LOL when I read about it.

I've played all the GTAs from GTA1 onwards. The spirit of GTA1 was carnage; chaos; destruction; PvP with comedy gold.

Now you can't make a GTA game with full PvP, because the kiddies don't like getting killed? W Tee Eff is gaming come to, when people like this are actually listened to.

GTA is not supposed to be a game where killing other players is punished. Hell, it was the whole point of the game!

You can kill people as much as you want, just don't blow up their personal cars.

I've had lots of warnings, and only 2 days of bad sport lobbies.

So long as you don't do it too often it's okay

I'm guessing you don't get labelled as a bad sport while playing with friends?

You can do, if you blow up their cars or keep leaving jobs while with them

The only things you need to avoid really:

1. Don't blow up cars if you think they are insured
2. Don't leave jobs over and over.

Can agree to that, this game would be fairly boring doing it alone.

The banter and laughs more than makes up for the problems that you may or may not have with the game, Sunday was awesome we were all on a killing spree and eventually ended up with out very own OcUK lobby lol

Have you asked anyone to join you, not just send them a request but actually send them a message or invite them to a party?

From my experience a party invite is all it takes to get the ball rolling, I ignore most the in-game phone requests as I'm normally already doing something.

But I always see lots of OcUK people join who never say a word.

There aren't any parties on the PS3 but I have sent messages with no reply. Fortunately the people that do play often are usually pretty good fun to be around.

Yeah, seems I play with the same few as well but always a laugh so it doesn't matter. others are welcome to add me and play though

I'm trying to find a Vapid Stanier but can't find one anywhere. Anybody seen any decent spawning points for it?

Best way to find cars:

Load your own private session, go to somewhere such as the airport/docks and drive from there to your house/garage, go in house/garage and come back out it normally re-loads new cars to spawn, drive back to airport and repeat til your bored or found what you need OR there is a car park in the back of the airport keep joining games till you see the car you want most spawn there.

It's how I been doing my car hunts found all but one I wanted.

The stainer is the civilian version of the cop/taxi car right? or am i thinking of the wrong one

Tanks okay, but normally only good if the other person is a bit stupid. Grenade launcher/RPG makes short work of them, or just let them blow up a few of your cars and dunce themselves

OR just make the passive system they already have work... lol

Passive mode should stop all damage, other than blowing up cars and if you do while someone is in passive mode you get bad sport warnings/servers

other than that make it normal GTA

Weirdly I found one within 5 minutes of reading your post. Dunno if it will help you but I was driving my Albany Buccaneer on the highway next to the YouTool depot and there were loads driving up the road. Pinched one but then realised you're 360 not PS3.

Ah no big deal I'm sure I'll get one and then find something else I want and it will get replaced lol

seems as though if you are looking for it, it will never show up as I was on earlier and saw many the vapid stainer (behind airport and near the airport if it helps) lol...what a load of BS

was just with rufus, we both managed to steal fighter jets but I got chased by another jet that destroyed my jet. I got in a private jet at the airport and soon as I took off the fighter jet came and got me in that aswell.
I swear this game doesn't like me flying all the time, it's sending more and more fighter jets after me even with no wanted level.

We also killed a fair few people,cops and vehicles I tried to take out that jet but as you probably know those rockets are fail at air to air. took me 3 passes before it got downed. still...good times

I'm on the hunt for a Weazel News van at the moment, might just keep the Albany I found earlier as I've added a few modifications and now it sort of looks a bit like an unmarked cop car.

Those news vans are all over the place, the docks, airport and any car park really (if they are spawning that is)

I've always seen them at the car park north of the airport follow the road on the east side of the airport all the way north before it turns right, near the docks.

Anybody else think that R* are stringing us along with the patch & free half a mill until COD is released in an attempt/bribe to keep us playing ?

COD is released & they bring out the patch & 500k to keep us hooked ?

Highly doubt it, if it was EA or the likes I would agree but not one of R*'s moves, they just want things to be stable so that when they do give it all out no one can turn around and say they didn't get it as they were deleted etc etc.

If you really want 500k quickly just glitch, or do racing for a day.
