I bet there will only be one more dump of information and that will be what the game includes (any new DLC etc) what is happening with GTA Online (will it have all the DLC) and release date, pre-order bonuses + price.

I'm hoping for the end of October as that seems a like a very Rockstar release date

But it is also a very crowded month!

Any news of an increased player count in GTA Online? 16 is a bit small, especially after playing San Andreas Multiplayer for years which supported hundreds!

Hey if that was the difference with it being like GTA IV on release or a really solid port, I'd take the delay.

Doubt it will be delayed though.

I remember thinking, when the first trailer was released, "oh wow, this looks friggin awesome, I really hope this gets released before September so I can play it during the summer holidays before I start Sixth Form!" I transitioned from PS3 to PC before it was released on console, hence, I have finished my A2 exams and haven't even so much as seen someone playing it in real life. I am beyond the point of caring about release dates, performance, bugs, mod-ability, optimisation, exclusive content or price. I just hope that, someday, before I die, I'll get to play this game on my PC.

I can just remember how bad a port GTA IV was. That ran like a complete dog when it launched.

Times change, Max Payne 3 looked great and ran beautifully.

GTA V is an extension of that engine.

Pretty much my thoughts also, Max Payne runs great on my modest rig, even at 1920x1080. The engine has come along since GTA IV.

Still does

On PC it runs flawlessly now with everything turned up out of the box. I just re-installed it to try out icehancer v3 and was getting solid 60fps at 2560x1080.

Borderline unplayable at times on both consoles for me, if there's a lot of stuff on the screen you might as well be watching a PowerPoint presentation.
