They will release the adverts for the Heists DLC before the pc release is my guess.

That reddit link is a little confusing, the title of the post was "What GTAV MIGHT look like at 60 fps"

So not sure if that is a PC recording or what. Some of the texture on the bridges and reflections on the water looked a little choppy.

Its just footage rendered at 60fps thats all. Probably captured at 30 first then converted to 60.

Think of the video "avatar at 60fps" on utube, same thing.

Yeah it's running on consoles using the slow motion cheat (still at 30fps), then sped up to "normal" speed to look like it's running at 60FPS.
