GTA V

Forgive my ignorance. I've never used any of these CD keys websites. Can I purchase GTA V from one of them and link it to my Steam account? I may have asked thus question before but if so, assume I can download the game elsewhere? And then transfer via USB back to my PC and import to Steam? My home Internet will take an age to download 60GB.

My new 250GB 850 Evo is already starting to quake in its boots, should have saved for the 500GB!

The latest episode of GTAV O'clock talks about it running on an i7 980 Sli at 4K60 :)

They are saying its very well optimised. (cant link to video there are a few swearies)

Yeah sounds like they have put a lot of effort into it.

I'll be happy with 60/1440p on a single 980. using GSYNC means it wont be much of an issue if it drops every now and again.

It is still there, if you head to Special Announcement where it talks about the 60fps trailer, press READ MORE and you will still see it there.

Oh good it is still there. Thought it had gone so wasn't going to pre-order. Guess I better start this download then.

edit: Sitting at 11.4MB/s solid, the initial pre-load rush must have calmed down now. That'll be limited by my local network as our internet connection is faster than my connection to the router.

Glad I got digital download, would have to install this off a USB DVD drive otherwise..

Hoping for most things to be on high/very high @ 1080p on my FX8320 @ 4.5Ghz, R9 290 PCS+ and 8Gb RAM.

Even so I would imagine 'normal' would be console (360) quality. Sounds like the engine is uber scalable though!

Caved in and purchased from Nuuvem.

Requested crew invite: hyper_seven (some cheeky chappie has my username, grrr)

Does the download from 'social club' allow you to stop and resume later?

By the looks of things, we might very soon get a review :D These pics seem to be coming in fast, so reviewers MUST have the game!

Getting excited about reading about other people enjoying the game while I have 6 days to go. The childish excitement from pre-load is coming back again

I have only 2gb of vram, but I don't care. Start from the top and work your way down is how I like to do it. Just hoping they don't have that stupid limiter like they did with GTA IV (edit: just saw that you can ignore, THANK YOU ROCKSTAR!)

I can't remember the last time I put a DVD in my computer.

Just tried to see if I've left a disc in either of the drives, one does nothing and the other flashes it's light and makes a noise but fails to open. Good thing I'm not trying to install GTA from the discs.
