That seems too soon and Rockstar will announce it themselves anyway.

I think they might release it on next-gen consoles as well. Or I hope so.
 
So is anyone still hyped for this? To be honest I've lost interest and although I'd want it to come out for PC, I wouldn't really care if it didn't- not something I would have said a couple of months ago!

Just seems R* are not really bothered as they have already cashed in and let's be honest, PC is not their priority so a bad/buggy release would not shock me.
 
After Red Dead and no PC version these guys will never get another penny from me, they forced me to have this chunk of white plastic on my desk just to play it. If they do Red Dead 2, ahhh man.
 
pretty annoyed by the silence, it seems unnecessary. All the evidence pointed to the PC version being in the works. Kind of insulting they won't confirm or deny. Would they really going to cancel the PC version?
 
Not bothered about a Pc or next gen version. I thought it was pretty crappy tbh. Would love a Pc version of Red dead that would be superb...

Most game companies do this. They will release the information when they are ready to, they aren't going to play bat and ball with rumours.

What Rockstar is doing is fairly standard for their GTA releases, get the most out of the PS3/360 sales first, then announce and release on the PC.

I think a billion dollars is enough profit, it's nothing more than pure greed.

I mean would a pc release now really affect any more profit they can make on a console, i plan to buy this game(if it ever comes out :() on pc or ps4 which ever comes first.
 
I think GTA V would be a superb playground for the modding community, so much potential fun to be had in that huge sandbox with community mods IMO.
If the port is done as well as Max Payne then it will awesome!

Rockstar would be mad no to release on PC, I got it on 360 and would buy again on PC and I am sure others would too.

Oh really? The majority of game companies only announce the game a month or two before they actually release it? In reality, most game companies announce their game a year ahead, give previews and interviews in the meantime. Yet, not even a simple confirmation.
 
I'm less exciter, more quietly hopeful.

Silence from the publishers is generally the norm -> big profits drive sequels and new IP, so why wouldn't they stay quiet for now?
 
Sounds like a great game alright, I will certainly buy it if it works properly, as opposed to GTA IV. Hope they take their time and actually make it perform properly on PC this time.
