Exactly that.

Xbox One - 1 static configuration
PS4 - 1 static configuration
PC - 1000's of different configurations, Operating systems, drivers etc.

Of course, we already know this, but it doesn't stop it being any less shoddy...Many, many games release at the same time on PC and consoles. They couldn't be bothered

They could fix this problem by having open beta testing on PC before release, people will happily test the game and bug report for free/for the privilege of early access to the game and maybe get a discount on release for this testing.

Hmm, first person on foot as well? That is interesting. It's a game that I like to play with a pad in 3rd person, so not sure i'd use it much, but still awesome if true. Would get used a lot in vehicles though, just hope they have put a bit of effort into the interiors and not just super blurry textures.
 
I got it a while after release, and it was playable on a tri-core AMD with a GTX 460. A very mid-range PC.

Likewise. I ran it at pretty high detail on a Q6600/8Gb RAM and a 9800GTX+. Granted, it was only at 1440x900 as my monitor was pretty basic back then but it ran very well for me. Seemed that way for lots of folk, some had monsters of rigs which had issues running it smoothly and some had mediocre rigs which ran it fine.

Go figure. :confused:
