Also it hasn't been confirmed at 1080p. If recent PS4 releases are anything to go by it will be 900p/30fps.

It's an upgraded version of a PS3 game, 1080p is really quite likely.

I have not bothered with any GTA games since Vice City on the PS2. GTA V interests me a little, but only if it is a good release for PC. A poor console port will not cut it.

Why do next gen consoles have to be capped at 30FPS? It suggests they are not as versatile as the industry would lead us to believe.

They capped to 30fps regularly as the dont have the grunt to cope with both a leap in resolution and graphical complexity.
