a lot quiter than a 4870

It idles around 45c and loads around 80c, you can manually turn the fan downt oe 25% and you cannot hear it, and you'll only reach 50c Idle

Furmark is very good, but all it seems to do is cook my card even with standard clocks

90c..which is quite a jump from 45 idle

No set at 41%...ah thats why lol

Watercool the cards - and see if someones managed to find a way to soft voltmod the 295 like they have the 260/280... then you should hit 800MHz on the core

I did a Bench run on 3dmark Vantage today in Quad SLI cpu at 3.6ghz, ram 1333mhz 8,8,8,24

Cards overclocked to 680core 1166 mem.

Got a score of 36106 only 400 points from being the fastest of the orb all with stock cooling.
