Does anyone who currently subscribes know how I could get a subscription that covers the Android app and also the Web access? Currently I have the Android subscription via Google Play, however when I sign in to the website it's like I haven't subscribed?

I didn't think that the app subscription covers the website. The print subscription is more expensive but covers everything.

Ah, so if I get the print subscription then I can log in by any method and my subscription is recognised? If so, thanks that's all I wanted to know.

Someone on reddit usually posts the paywall content in any semi popular article anyway. Subscribe to reddit instead :p

There has to be at least a few guardian reading bleeding heart, sandal wearing, wannabe champagne socialist liberals on here :)

I had an app subscription when they were first trying it years ago. Haven't signed up in the latest Katherine Viner incarnation though.

I agree too. With no proper journalism all we’ll be left with is the Daily Fail, Facebook and monolithic propaganda spurting TV stations like the BBC and RT.

With declining advertising revenues it's more important than ever to support good sources of journalism like the guardian.

Absolutely. If I'm going to read a publication then it's only reasonable that I pay for it; people have worked to provide it and it cost the publisher money to provide it.

Some people prefer targeted advertisements as their method of payment, others don't even realise that choice was made for them.

The Guardian's opinion pieces tend to be a total joke but its investigative journalism is generally of a high standard IMO.
