MEE!!!

on another note... I had to uninstall and re-install my F@H Client so lost all my settings.

I am also getting a new GPU so should see an increase of my PPD.

I'm running my pentium dual core and remember vaguely that i had to do something with the slots for my CPU, something like set to -1 and add a seccond slot to utilise my cpu 100%.

Can anyone help with this?

Thanks, currently folding but GPU is saying it will take 1.4 days to process this WU

Processor and GPU only running at 50% ???

pause your CPU and see if your gpu speeds up, also make sure its set to full , right click the folding icon in the task bar and change from medium to full

7970 is a decent gpu for folding, my 280x was doing 150k ppd

set at full and folding all the time.
i will see if i can pause the cpu now and see what i get. Currently only showing approx 36k ppd from the gpu and 2k from my cpu

what core are you running? I found on amd cards core 21 used a cpu core were as the core 17 im using now isn't really using a core

but ye, pause the cpu core and give it 10 minutes to se if it makes any changes

also if you go to configure > advanced, have you got it set to

folding core priority , slightly higher .

was set to lowest possible (recommended)
have changed it to slightly higher now.

Just put my 7970 in and yes haha! But not as high as I thought

a 7970 will do over 100k ppd anything less and you've got a problem
