There is always another Reading Festival next year...there won't be another Guild Wars 2 launch!
Hail Heroes! We are holding a competition for 800 FREE GEMS!! Simply post on our general discussion forum HERE in the competition thread by the time the draw is held on Saturday September 1st. This is a good way to get a headstart in the game with a free 800 gem boost!
It's really that simple, all posts after the OP will be numbered. The numbered list will be posted, then the total number will be put into the Random Number Generator @ www.Random.org to find the winner.
The winner will be announced on our site,contacted via PM on our forums after the draw and have 7 days to claim their prize. Full rules and terms can be found on our site.

aparently i got kicked out of the SWG one for racism months or weeks after i stopped playing... the last time i was ever online i was still in the game aswell
dont diss him or he will make up some crap about you aswell

it wasn't weeks or months after you stopped playing because I was there when the issues happened, 27th Dec. You was going on and on about the issues the game had (not long after release) and the arguing got to the point where several guild members had to put you on their ignore lists. I also had PMs from multiple people complaining about your attitude and 1 person who said you was using racism/swearing in private messages to them, but I have no way to confirm that as it was a PM between you and someone else.
If someone wants to vent about a game that's understandable, especially with the issues that SWTOR had, but to keep going on and on and complaining/arguing to the point where other guild members have to put you on ignore than that simply isn't the sort of attitude we wan't in our guild.
Edit: and sorry for continuing this discussion, I didn't want any arguments to get started up again but since I was the one who received all the Arknor complains (because I was the only officer on at that time) I felt I had to give a rebuttal to Arknors post.

Cheers for this Dist, but all people need to do is go back and see when this very discussion came up on the swtor thread, which I avoided for a while but eventually after getting no end of flack I copied and posted the post from our site about this which was about a month before he left the game, which while does not prove that -a) he spammed Really disgusting racism, or that he annoyed most of the guild to death with his constant whining, it did prove that he lied about still being in the guild when he left the game.
Oops should add to be fair the racism was reported to me I never saw it myself, but unlike Dist I got about 20 messages and only about 4/5 were from guild members and 2 of them use this forum, but by then I had already kicked him for being soooo annoying.

92 members & 120 guests <-- a snapshot of how many are browsing this forum right now.. not how many people will come and go over the next few minutes or hours, not the hundreds and hundreds more registered members who regularly visit this sub forum, not the thousands of unregistered happy lurkers. An insignificant amount are in your guild and that's even disregarding any analysis on their respective levels of activity within your guild / this forum.
Yet, not only in this thread, but several other threads I read on this sub forum - I have to sift through your relentless spam of plugging your guild... and then I have to sift through the inevitable drama spill overs that occur ending up in that thread, with you holding your hands up saying 'I have no idea why that's happening'. You're the root of why it's happening because you're the one who brought it here to begin with, I don't see any drama going on for the dozens of other guilds people are members of within this thread.
Honestly, get a sub forum or sticky or something for this sort of thing - anyone looking for such a community knows where to go, those who aren't don't have to suffer this crap and the threads for w/e game hopefully end up about the game for once
