Well it might be worth revoking the payment on paypal after the beta? Then just use that to buy a copy from an approved retailer. It does say on the CJS website, EU codes.
 
First and last time i use cjs, they sold me a used key the first time round! To the clever 'told you so' above the site comes highly recommended!

Elonas Reach, i'm not necessarily saying network lag, could be graphic or processor lag - though tbh with the eye candy turned down i'm not quite sure what it's having todo that would make it lag.

In the world view and you'll see all the Euro servers are maxed and US not so maybe they made a muck up on how many packs they sold.

** that said just read this in the support area
The servers are showing a different population based upon the country that you log in from, it’s not showing the correct information.

That would explain the weird server pops :)

Either way i'm enjoying it, battles i'm still not finding that immersive (way to may effects and particles flying around) - enjoying the world just not quite as different in active events from a normal mmo as they would lead people to believe :) Re in a release position at this point I just don't think the client is stable enough - but that could be down to the mass of people hitting the server so time will tell on that. This mornings session was more enjoyable than last nights :)

Not liking the fact you need to explore wvw to open the teleport area's as the whole idea of "pick up and play" goes out the window but, time to start running I guess!
Edit: So I unlock some, explore, die to some lone npc and can't teleport to anywhere except the keep and we own the whole land, wow.. that's actually pretty bad considering what I played last beta.
To top that off, the map is some contrived maze with masses of vertical drops and pathes you have to follow to get places from the start.

Actually, it seems they aren't even teleports, that's a whole lot of running just to learn the game AND it costs ...nice, 1silver 42 bronze something, the entire worth of my character. Ehhhh

I bought a CJS key also, only mine won't let me log into the game at all.
I sat from 8pm last night unti 2am this morning looking for an answer.

Still nothing definitive other than they "may" have sold me a "pre-order" key rather than a "pre-purchase key"
I bought a key directly from the Buy Guild Wars 2 site earlier and low and behold straight into the beta no problems at all!

I've fired off an email to CJS support and one to Paypal for a dispute.

I've got my game maxed, also I've had that pop bug, said USA was full and EU empty
 
CJS are dodgy. I bought Dead Island from them. A Russian CDKEY. Had to use some free Russian VPN to register it so steam thinks I'm in Russia rather than the UK :p
I'm kinda happy spending £65 direct from arena net. I want as much of my payment to go direct to the company.
 
I am liking guild wars 2. IT is fun to play but I am finding it very easy so far.. I hope the difficulty increases significantly because this is the easiest start Ive had in any game.

It might be because there is a zerg rush at the moment and it could be harder when there is less people.

At the beginning from logging in to killing the first huge boss thing it was over way too quickly. You could probably get past that part in less than 5 mins.
 
Ehh, anyone else in mass pvp wondering why most people are invisible? Been 5 mins now and I see everyone around me attacking units I can't see until I'm in their face.

No lag at all either atm.
 
Glad I paid a bit extra to order from the official site then. ^^

I've been playing a bit of ranger this morning and I'm a bit disappointed with the pets. With the general game mechanics all enemies hit HARD. As a player, you can dodge about, on my necro if my pet dies, it takes 2 seconds to summon another. On a ranger though, my pet dies constantly (it takes aggro then gets 2-3 hit) and I have to spend 10 seconds resing it every time. :(

Apart from that though, I'm loving it!
 
Currently stuck at 95% zoning into Kessex kills, seems a few others are having this problem, relogs not helping.

Had a few truly epic moment last night, massive underworld demon in the swamp in east queensdale was amazing :)

Quality game so far.
 
I bought my key from cjs keys and except for the issue where they sell keys before they have them in stock - so I had a worry whether a key would come everything else is fine. If I had this type of thing again where I need to get on within a few days I wouldn't use them again. But for general keys etc I have no issue with them, they would do much better if they ensured they only sold what they had :)
