Guild Wars 2

Been playing on Desolation since yesterday. It's been pretty fun and the overflow servers are helping.

The first time I've experienced anything bad is during the last hour as I cannot log in. They have however updated their twitter feed to say they are working on it.

Yeah had problem but I'm in for the last few days (Kristof)

I'm lvl 30 now and wanting to do Ascalon... is there a LFG tool as Google seems to indicate there isn't one designed for dungeons?

Destroyer of server communities.

Just use /map and look for people the old fashioned way.

Yeah, figured that...can't be bothered to play login wars with it though.

They start looking much better in the 20's, make sure you check every Heart Karma vendor

I really like the look of my weapons and armour, I actually dyed my gear to look like Ironman at one point, looked sweet! :D

I can't wait for the trading post to open so I can actually get some money. Also finding the crafts fun but a bit hard to level, which is good in a way.

I had that yesterday but it fixed it self after a relog :S

our guild leader on the other hand has not been in the guild since the first day of the head start according to the game yet he shows on the member list for everyone

A LFG tool is a massive convenience, I have no idea how you can say that would 'destroy a servers community' any more than having overflow shards.

Edit - I know how it applied to WoW, but this is apples and orangeapples compared to WoW's isolated server structure. Here all the servers are spilling together in the overflow shards, its going to be different by default.

Hi,
I'm trying to decide if I want to go Jewel Crafting or Cooking. I know it's easy enough to switch, so I'm not losing sleep over it.

I'm a Mesmer and will be doing Tailoring.

What do you guys personally think is a better skill to have? What does cooking provide at high levels?

I'm new to Guild Wars.
