Guess I'm missing something, but how? Whenever I try to get gems (was thinking for the extra bank and pack space) it just tells me the BLTC is down for maintenance.

When the actual BLTC was up, you could use the currency conversion. I guess they've taken the whole thing down now so you'll have to wait until they bring it back up.

my £17 went on 1 bag slot, 5 xp potions and.........hmm 5 keys I think. Really doesn't go far and I have 200 gems left.
 
How is everyone doing for money btw? I am finding I don't really have a need to spend it. Only on salvage kits and maybe a repair or 2.

Only have around 40s, but still... Imagine this is going to be NOTHING in 3 months time.

just converting to gems whenever i hit 20s , i just spend 4s on gems. as far as im concerned earning gems is the thing to work towards until level cap really as there always gonna update the store and you wont see game updates until the next expansion.
 
Looks like my account has just been hacked. So those with me as friends just a note of warning if you see me on at the moment. Luckily I haven't yet placed by actual code on - still on the 1 day headstart.

Mad though, Arenanet allow the email to be changed with no verification from the original email!

Did you use a password you use elsewhere? I've decided I'm changing my password to a completely random string of characters and symbols and numbers tonight with a few lower and upper case letters and accented letters thrown in too. no one steals my popo!

1080p on YouTube itself is recommended if you want to actually see anything :D Don't expect 'Pr0 gamer' editing/action - more of a test if anything :p

Audio levels are a little low so will need to fix that for future captures (Game is SO loud by default though!)

It's a known issue and they're working on it.

Just got my first password reset attempt e-mail. I'll check if the link is authentic when I get home.

Yeah, there is. I whispered Meeple in game and he invited me no problem. Nice guy, although the guild is a little bit empty at the moment, very little g chats that I've seen (Was late last night though). Hopefully the more people roll on Gunnar's Hold from here the better it'll be.

Thanks, I'll try messaging him tonight. Be nice to get a bit more involved rather than trying to lone wolf everything.
 
I have applied online to join The Immortals, but after the other guys experience, I shall politely say...thanks, but not thanks. I will prefer to play with my mates instead, and if I face the prospect of being kicked from the guild for doing just that, well...
