Yeah, they are there to take a target down the quickest and most humane way possible..Not riddle them with bullets while killing innocent bystanders with stray bullets :rolleyes:

No need for the rolleyes smiley, I know exactly why they're not allowed to use the full spec weapons. I just find it strange that the MP5 was semi only when, personally, I think the 3 shot option should've been available.

I thought the MP5 was Full Auto and Semi. As far as i know it never had a 3 shot burst. Also the smiley wasn't intented to mean anything.

HK make trigger groups to suit the needs of the individual customer. I've even seen MP5 trigger groups with a two-round-burst option.

Yeah, if I remember the correct way around, the fixed stock MP5A4 and the retractable stock MP5A5 were the 'standard' designs with the 3 round burst. I can't remember the MP5K variants but I think they may be the same suffixes though.

Aye, Well i was up at Newcastle Int Airport a couple weeks back with me mate and there were two police officers armed with 2 G36's standing outside the airport. (it was cos all the attempted bombing at Glasgow airport) and we were talking to them about the guns. Even though he wouldn't let me touch the gun, lol, he assured me it was very light compared to the MP5. HE said it also have very little Recoil or kick back just like the MP5. He told us that his Glock sidearm had more kick back than the mp5 did!

Yep, I use to work in an abouitre(sp), but never got to kill any of the pigs

. I would love to hunt something, gut it and chop it up, then cook with it over a open fire, with what ever else I could find whilst hunting.

How did they kill the pigs there? I was watching a program where they stunned them and then hung them and slit their throats.

these where done with gas, It was years ago though. Pretty sure it was just co2 until passed out. Then hang up on back legs and slit there throats.

Nah, I missed that one, though I did see the Jamies great escape with the live sheep having it's throat done.

This one was on some eco programme where a family were getting green treatment.

Aye, the mp5 had very little kick, the glock you see my mate firing in the vid near the start did have more kick. The mp5 and other machine guns in the vid were full auto, we were just firing them in bursts to keep it accurate.
