Hello all.

Got my macbook back today, it only went to Telford which is twenty minutes down the road.

It’s had these replacements.

Motherboard.
Heat Sink.
Sponge.
Top Case.
Bezel.

So other than the actual case and keyboard almost all the major components have been replaced!!

Still Im happy that it didn’t take too long and cross my fingers im problem free now.

There was an article on sky news a few days ago stating that quite a few mac books are suffering from a prob that causes them to switch themselves off, one theory they put forward was heatsink probs
