Contest what? He was doing 38 in a 30, although one that only lasts for 30 odd meters. The only thing that is debatable is whether it is in the public interest to pursue this (but believe it is only for Crown court prosecutions (law is not my thing)?).
I would certainly send the pictures off to some newspapers though.
