seriously, what's wrong with a 9-5 aero? apart from the frequent oil changes, i can't really see much wrong with them. they are very cheap

Is there such thing as a very nice S4 in that price range, thought they were all based on the oldest A4? The one you bought exploded whats his wife going to say to that! Plus the way he drives he needs a Tonka Truck

Well the A4 was never that great was it whereas the E39 was executive saloon of the year every single full year of production so thats not really a good point, is it?

Indeed as mentioned in the S4 thread a friend of mine has just had a 4k bill for his to replace both turbos, ye you could do it yourself but not exactly an easy job, and one I dont think MrLOL would be ready to do, think something a bit slower with less complications is ideal, ST220, 330 etc.

To be honest the answer is none of these cars. It obviously isnt practical under his circumstances.

Get a Mondeo/Vectra diesel with a bodykit and be done with it.
