Pedant mode: PDP-V402E :p

Anyways my main point was, you shouldn't transport plasma screens laying down, so in this case Saloon = TV fail.

Haha! I can't believe you found probably the only 40" plasma in existance just to make me look stupid ! damn you! :D I'd agree with your other point though ;)

I just thought we were refering to bootspace for large objects. Its not hard to fit a tele along the back seats, even a ford ka would be fine.

My point was that the saloon boot thing isnt as big a deal as people think, as there are other places to put stuff.

He would probably want to limit the amount of stuff rattling around on the back seat when he has his kid in the car though :D

Huge boot was one of the main reasons I went for the Octavia as my 306 was always stuffed to the roof for work. Since buying it I've had it loaded up half a dozen times at most

certain things in the UK are indeed a rip-off, but the cost of motoring isn't one of them

You reckon ,I worked out on average its costs me about £100 per week to run a car not including purchase of the vehicle or rip off parking charges add to that there is always some pratt waiting around the corner looking at his watch to try and book you for being 5 mins overtime

I even managed to get a £50 fine a couple of days ago in the sainsburys car park did not even know they did that

The thing that sucks about the Accord Type-R is that its a Mk2 Mondeo ST rival.

For £5k.

Yea, cool, I'll pass on that.

Isn't that a bit like saying I won't buy a DC2, I'll buy a Puma instead?

The ATR is faster and more focused than the ST200 / ST24.

No it was a Sony KDL40W5500 if you must know :p

And it was stood up.

Awesome TV, we've got one. (We're keeping up with the Fox's :p)

You needn't spend £5k on an ATR either. Can get a good example for much less.

How can a lazy V6 be the same as a highly strung |4? Not to mention the rust problems MK2s have...

They're the small issues surely? :)

One is fairly desirable to avid motorheads, while one isn't.
One is a far more exciting drive, one is a cheap refined banger and just another mondeo.

I think the comment was designed to get people to bite, not to be serious..i hope!
