Disgraceful. i'm shocked the cat even survived, poor thing :(

i think the 16 week sentence should have been accompanied by something like a £7,000 fine
not that he'd ever pay it off.

The judge will punish him.

He's been dealt with by the courts

he's been dealt with via the courts

Horrible act but I'd rather they just fined him instead of putting him in prison using our taxes . Maybe dock his benefits, that's much more likely to stop him doing anything like that again.

he's been punished by the courts as they've seen fit.

He hasn't been dealt with accordingly though. He won't be spending any time in prison unless he breaks his supervision order in the next 18 months or the ridiculous 6 week curfew. It was a 16 week suspended prison sentence which imo is a complete and utter joke

In your opinion, the judge saw this as the punishment to suit the crime.

Might not agree with it, but it has been dealt with :(

Is someone else on your account Tummy?

Hopefully someone sticks this guy in a microwave for a few minutes.
He has a child on the way? I fear for it when it steps out of line, or mildly irritates him.

TBH should be 6 months in Jail, and no more animals or kids allowed in his care.

Thats what I would have given, but I'm too thicko to be a Judge, so dont diss the decision of the highly educated super clever Judge.

not really a punishment is it? "Okay mate, we would throw you in the slammer, but instead, you can go free with no consequences if you act like a normal person for a year and a half."

yeah, that's a huge punishment

Meh, I didn't say I agree'd with the punishment, just that it's been given.

Obviously ;)

I sort of understand where you're coming from Tummy but when you've got people getting sent down for 18 months for stealing a bottle of water in the recent riots and then idiots like this effectively just getting a slap on the wrist it does make you think WTF??

I'd agree, but there is huge political pressure and a big media spotlight on those riots, a case like this, not so much.

Stacey has now been banned from keeping animals for life.

Amusing that our society deems a guy incapable of looking after animals but is A-OK with him having a child.

WTB dystopian future where the missus would be carted off to the termination suite and him the de-ballification lounge.

Based on average human.

ear drum rupture - in approx 100 sec
lungs rapture - +- 130 sec
Bowls rutpre - +- 150 sec
Eyes Popped out - 200 Sec
Kidney rupture - 300 Sec
Heart Failure - 500 Sec
brain dies - 1000 sec
skin starts to melt - 700+ sec

Cat being much smaller. Well you can imagine.

This guy microwaved a cat for scratching him. What will he do when his newborn child is screaming at night for attention? The fact his GF is pregnant is a reason to keep him in jail longer.

How did you even find this data (presuming from the internet) but still have they done this test on humans?

As horrible as this is, its nice too see the cat is back on top form, and looking like hes saying "I'm coming for you sunshine, and by the time I'm done, You'll wish you had been put in a microwave..."
