    On the topic of gym clothes I've recently bought the gym tops from Primark for £6 each and been really impressed with how cool they keep me.

    Man, 2012. My outfit hasn't changed that much and just shorts, some kind of compression top and throw an old hoodie over. Those Under Armour "Blitzing" caps with all round elasticated bands have replaced the usual hats though. Keep the sweat at bay and very breathable at the same time.

    Myprotein have some decent stuff, for pretty cheap at the moment due to a sale. Worth checking out.
