Bump guys, come on get involved. This is a great opportunity to get some great advice and help with lifts/form/questions from some very experienced people on here. And it's also a fantastic chance to meet and get to know the person behind the username.
It doesn't cost an awful lot and it will potentially help you in the gym from being around some of the guys on here

We'll start about 12 (won't be any earlier anyway), and we'll be finishing in the gym about 3 (at the latest), then on to Nandos for a couple of hours for secret santa, banter and of course, chicken
