H1Z1 - Zombie apocalypse sandbox from SOE

Hi there : I purchased this game and not only have they failed to fix many of the issues they have promised to consumers, but they have spent most of their time on Battle Royale Deathmatch, which is not what I paid for. I paid for a Zombie survival game as listed on the Steam game information page ( Not a factual representation )

But what was worse, was today I have found out, the developers are splitting the game into TWO games, which is in breach of their own T's & C's and again this is not what I paid for and again is not what is listed on their own Steam page. Could I kindly request a refund as the developers have constantly lied and shown false information, and today's news has pushed me to ask for a refund.

I put this, not happy at all! Enough is enough with this company, it's WARZ all over again

Most likely we're all going to get knocked back under the steam 2hr/14 day rule but I am going to keep submitting requests until they either refund, block me or ban me! Enough is enough, while it is not Steams fault, it is there platform that is facilitating this fraud so they should refund and take it up with the developers.

Can you demonstrate how they've breached the T's & C's?

We are unable to refund this purchase to your Steam Wallet at this time. Your playtime of an included product exceeds 2 hours (our refund policy maximum).

I need to look deeper in to it, but the fact they have now split the game in 2 parts and now focuses on the Battle Royal side of things, when previously they had expressly said this would not happen (again I need to try and source the quote) puts them in breach of something! :p

What do you think of the game and the route they have decided to take?

The game you bought - the main game that is - a zombie survival game will side into obscurity while the pay2play Battle Royal will be actively developed and promoted.

Who knows how this will turn out.

I've enjoyed my time on BR, so, for £15 I'm not really bothered. Same can't be said for some shady AAA PC ports.

This could turn out better for the development of the game. When has anything delivered on all promises and been on time?

Am I not correct in saying this game would be free or effectively pay2play when finally released.

By buying it previously it simply enabled access to it early?

Did they drop the free element during the development?

Not too sure about BR now, it was a while ago when my mate played it, I think that's the paid one? Im not just not sure.

Edit: This game can go jump, Tried to login using the recovered account info that I first made, everything entered correctly, "sorry make sure youre using the account you made firstly" etc etc, Tried a new account, no dice.

I'm done with it. Shame Im on 5 hours and cant refund this.
