Ha Ha Ha

I hate sitting next to fat people cos they are the least inclined to get up when you want to get out of the row.

I've seen a lot of very overweight people on planes, he must have one hell of a problem.

I don't get why he expected an apology from them for something only he can control.

Didn't they lift that whale in the Thames with a helicopter! Yet a huge airliner can't carry a fat man, h&s is going way over board now, so what if hes 'uncomfortable' its only a few hours hes hardly going to die!

Talking of fat people on planes, it annoys me to think that you have 20kg of bag luggage and it doesn't take into account how heavy the person is aswell :o Personally I think it should be a combined weight of luggage and the person! :p

Infact, at this rate, there should be a fat tax...clothes sizes should be different prices for different sizes for instance

they need more fuel for a fatass lets face it hes the weight of 2 poeple.

Glad to see the travel company stood their ground and sent a lawyer. It's so easy these days just to bung £500 quid that often they do just that instead of going to court.

Makes sense to me tbh.

The weight of the passengers will be calculated as a whole, rather than individually.

The easiest way is to just have a set amount for everyone.

Mr Brown said he was unhappy about the decision.

He said: "I'm still after the apology. That's all I ever wanted. It's not been about the money. It's been about the apology.

"The money would have been nice but it's the apology -even today there's still no apology. I've got no regrets about going to court."

Apology for what exactly? That airlines only cater to 99.5% of the population... or...?

I'm confused.

"Sorry Sir, but the maximum your luggage can weigh is negative 4kg."
:p

He should be more worried about the health risks being that size imposes, rather than sueing airlines.
