The OcUK Army came to my rescue two years ago when my marriage ended after 5 years & the wife moved out.

Its odd when I think about it. Life went to pieces right in front of me - and I turn to a forum to people I have never ever met.....

...but wow. Just wow. The response was tremendous. Cant thank you guys enough. I keep that thread in my favorites and still read it. Just 2 days ago I had another *bleh* moment regarding the ex and again the OcUK Army helped me.

So yea...I think I got back something from OCUK what no amount of £££ can buy from this site!

I would not have bought myself a good safety razor a few days ago.

I would be less knowledgeable about my future career.

This forum also influenced the purchase of my first car, as well as the purchase and building of my first PC.

As well as many other things... from improved spelling, to my outlook on life.

I didn't think there was anything specific, but after a bit of thought I never would have met my current girlfriend if it weren't for the OcUK forums. I probably wouldn't have started playing WoW at all, let alone joined the OcUK rerollers' guild, where I met her.
