Gah!!!!!! Not being able to speak is so annoying!!!!

I have lost count of how many games have been lost because i couldnt tell my team mates something or other, all because some monkey who works in a warehouse had to give me a messenger kit instead of a mic.....FOOL

Legendary is rather hard, even on co-op.

Sorry for ignoring your invite earlier, I was just getting to the end of my single player game.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish, gutted its over now.

Yeah but i ordered a wireless headset(they could have atleast sent me a more expensive item ) and i just recently broke my wired one so i couldnt fall back on that either

Playing through it on Heroic I think, one down from Legendary whatever it was. The most annoying thing was I had to do one part about 4 times, it just didnt seem to save my progress and Id done quite a bit.

Thats nothin. I just got a disc read error right where it was about to save progress - It reverted back to a previous save, which was about 3 hours ago :/

You must be slow? I was playing on co-op on legendary yesterday and we've got half way through the whole game in 3 hours, gonna try finish it tonight

Not too keen on the new matchmaking playlists, especially every other game being shotty snipers in team slayer and the elimination variety of games in slayer/ team tactical.

Can't wait to see the team hardcore/ mlg variation of maps and gametypes.

Meh, bought Halo3 earlier today, feel a bit underwhelmed by it tbh. I've only played single player so far, but it just feels like a better (slightly) looking Halo 2....

WTF! I have bbc news on tv and it's currently showing "your news", they just showed a clip from youtube with part of the halo 3 ending

The clip clearly stated something to the effect of "WARNING HALO 3 ENDING SPOILERS", i'd be annoyed if i hadn't already completed the game, i didn't hear what they were saying about Halo 3 because I had headphones on while on the pc so maybe they gave a warning but still....

Oh and they're still showing some clips from Killzone 2 :/

Well, back at work today, first day since launch I haven't been playing halo 3 most of the day, will be nice to get back home too, need to make some maps in forge!

What are everyone's top and worst maps?

Worst maps for me are Construct & guardian, narrows can be annoying, specially with shotty snipers

Favourites are those from the beta really, high ground and valhalla, this pit is ok i guess.

And hmmm, anyone else a little puzzled by the mix of maps, it seems that 80% of my games are bloody last resort and the pit, i've played about 70 matches and epitaph has only come up once... wtf, same with guardian. Not to mention that shotty snipers is every other game =/

I've also noticed that there seem to be a lot more "wtf" moments, you know, times when you think "omg how did i die" than in the beta... Like when some guy shoots you for a split second, melees and you're dead, this is porbably lag, but thought there would be less lag than in the beta tbh =/

Am i the only one who doesnt really use many other weapons then the standard Rifle thing you get?

I might get a carbine if i walk past one, but generally i always use the MAchine Gun try and get close and WHACK.

I use the AR a lot of the time, generally I don't pick up the needler, SMGs, carbine or the brute shotgun/shot. Don't really like them much, spiker I don't pick up much either, mainly because sometimes it's hart to find 2 of them together.

Dual plasma is nice, especially since there is no reload. Shotgun is a good weapon too, still a noob with the sniper rifles, but liking it more as I get better with it.

Right, i think its me being thick, but how come i can online play online (lonewolf i think its called) with myself with 4 other people? where are all the 16+ player maps etc?
