HALO 3 Official Thread

Right lads, was wondering if anyone wanted to help me out on the legendary campaign...i just started the legendary levels...if so send me a message...ill be on in about 5 mins time:). I started it last night but christ i must have died about a million times, those baddies are much much more smarter than they were on normal:p.
 
Anyone's 360 freezing when signing in and then going to buddy list? mine has been doing it since i had the latest update last week.Soon as i sign in and i check friends list the 360 just freezes for about 3 minutes sumtimes more.
 
Cant find the posts where it mentions what happens if a player drops when doing co-op???

Can we just re-load the last checkpoint for the level if the 4 of us are back in again or do you have to re-start the whole level?
 
That 'twas annoying wasn't it Danny?

I think I remember Andy and Gandy saying that when they dropped mid way to pick someone up, they didn't get the achievement for the level.

If you play coop with a friend but have to end it for some reason such as one of you going out, etc, then come back at a later time using the rally point, you won't get recognition of that level being done. You have to do it from start to end in one sitting.

Seems guys we cant use the rally point and have to go through the level again tommorow. Can anyone else confirm this??

I thought that was because they used the resume game instead of re-loading from a check point?

Probably for the amount of time it takes the four of us we may as well re-start to be on the safe side. The good thing is after chapter 6 we will know if we are getting them because you still need those achievements.
 
i tryed legendary single player today and i lost my temper and switched it off lol didnt even do the first level.I was stuck on the bit when your in the jungle and there are loads of snipers.I want to play some online games but everyone on my list are in matchmaking and i cannot join

Yet on co-op you can breeze through that in about 20-25 minutes, the whole level.

Its much more fun on co-op and if you forget which way you have to go, just follow someone who remembers (creature :D )
 
Wedge and Spawn....

I just checked the campaign progress and level 3 doesn't show up as finished on Legendary...i think because we got disconnected then started the level half way through :eek::eek::mad:

I'm up for co-op tonight again if you want? I've got a mate from work who can join in on the action as well and we can get some 4 player on the go?

I enjoy having a near photgraphic memory of the levels :p Dunno what time i'm free tonight, got a lot of stuff to do today.
