One pint of fresh orange juice with a raw egged whisked into it with two Berroca's and a shot of vodka. Wash it down with two paracetamol and two ibuprofen.

Loads of water before bed works for me. Somehow no matter how bad a state I am, I always seem to remember to do this! Always feel fine and dandy in the morning. Orange juice also seems to help. I think the worst giveaway is the smell of the booze coming out of your pores, blergh!

Have you actually done this? It sounds like the most disgusting thing imaginable when hungover or even now when sober.

I always opt for a pint of strong milky sweet tea after a night of boozing. I often feel like eating makes me feel worse, although, if I do eat something, it tends to be some form of bread with bacon.

Tastes pretty bad but not as bad as you might imagine. You can't taste the egg, it just thickens it up. Slight taste of vodka but mainly fizzy orange. It is not unpleasant and it works.
